LeMar “Tony” Sims is the founder of TS Critical Solutions, LLC, a Georgia-based company providing professional polygraph examination services, security support, and specialized training. Mr. Sims began his federal career in 1992, with honorable service in the United States Air Force (USAF), where he developed a strong commitment to integrity, precision, and service before self. As a USAF Special Agent and certified polygraph examiner, he conducted hundreds of polygraph examinations in support of criminal, counterintelligence, and national security investigations. In 2005, Mr. Sims joined the U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General, where he revitalized a previously dormant polygraph program and helped establish it as a critical investigative tool supporting agents nationwide. Throughout his distinguished career, he conducted thousands of interviews, interrogations, and polygraph examinations in support of complex criminal, administrative, and national security matters around the world. A highly decorated Special Agent, Mr. Sims has received numerous awards and recognitions for his outstanding contributions to federal law enforcement and investigative excellence. Following his retirement from federal service after 33 years, Mr. Sims continues to provide professional investigative and credibility assessment services through TS Critical Solutions, LLC. As a member in good standing with the American Polygraph Association (APA), he offers the same level of integrity, expertise, and adherence to rigorous industry standards that defined his federal career. His work is characterized by the professionalism and technical precision required for the most sensitive legal and corporate matters. Outside of his professional work, Mr. Sims serves as the head of the security team at his church. He is also an avid NFL football fan who enjoys traveling and spending meaningful time with his wife and their four children, while maintaining a strong commitment to a healthy work-life balance.
